SEAT Mystery Drama Escape Room

Campaign Overview: To bring the thrill of ITV’s mystery dramas to life, SEAT partnered with ITV to create an immersive escape room experience at Westfield Shopping Centre. The activation seamlessly integrated SEAT’s latest car models into a story-driven escape challenge, allowing participants to engage with the brand in an exciting and interactive way.
Key Responsibilities:
Escape Room Development: Worked with escape room designers to craft a compelling storyline and ensure all licensed elements were approved.
Team Management: Led the escape room design team, freelance event staff, and filming crew to deliver a seamless experience.
On-Site Operations: Managed all elements of the escape room event, ensuring efficient management and high engagement.
Data & Insights: Oversaw Account Executive to ensure all event data, research, and participant feedback were captured for the post-event review.
Impact & Results: Successfully brought SEAT’s brand positioning to life through an immersive experience. Delivered a highly engaging activation in a prime retail location, driving footfall and brand interaction. Captured valuable consumer insights to inform future brand activations.
